Job: Account Officer (01 Post).

As part of HONG LENG HOUR group, ELITE FOOD Co,. LTD is a private limited company focused on food industry and beverage industry located in Phnom Penh. We aim to import well-known food and drink brands in years ahead and already imported a Japanese license brand, which is Mo-Mo-Paradise. To help achieve its objective, we are looking for high quality candidates to fill the position of Account Officer (01 Post).

Responsibility:

• Review, check and verify all process payment & account payable transaction.
• Respond account keeping.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payment are up to date.
• Monitor customer account for non-payment and delayed payment.
• Respond posting transaction to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Maintain a filing system for all account documents.
• Prepare document for tax and annual tax declaration (This includes VAT, and Withholding Tax, Profit Tax and others).
• Monthly account, trial balance & fixed asset.
• General journal, General ledger and cashbook & Stock & store record & Vehicle running cost.
• Others work have assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1-2 years experiences in accounting.
• Advance in Quick Book (Quick Book Online)
• Good command in English for both written and spoken.
• Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel Power Point), Internet and E-mail.
• Teamwork player with good analytical & strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexibly and independently & Able to work under pressure.
