Job: AEON Specialized Bank Manager/ Marketing (E-money)

1. Planning and Implement E-Money business promotion
2. Create new scheme to promotion the product
3. Deal with partner to promote the product
4. Evaluation after promotion end
5. Monitoring competitors activities and analysis for action plan
6. Manage E-Money, NFC recruitment performance at branches, inside Malls and other to ensure each channel recruitment achieve the KPI.
7. Develop/Enhance POP and its management/Develop an brand awareness.
8. Manage the branding and its awareness inside the Mall and publicity.
9. Expanse the business to align the market demand and its innovation life cycle.
10. Other task assign by line manager.

– Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing or any which related.
– At Least 4 years experience in marketing/sale and communication.
– Good in English or Japanese is preference.
– Initiative, Creative, Flexible, friendly, Honest and Hard Working
– Have good relationship with team work.
