Position: Assistant to Sales Director ($250 – $400)
Job Duties
– Preparing letters and reports. Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems.
– Maintain and manage business calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
– Planning / Organizing / Time management creative and flexible in work.
– Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and at other locations
– To be interpreter of Director.

Job Requirements
– Able to communicate at all levels with analytical and good representation skills.
– Planning and organizing, coordinate, delegation, control, oral and written communication.
– Fluency in English and computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet-Email and Power Point).
– Be responsible, Honest, Confident and Hardworking, willing to work for long term in the company.
