Job: Canadia Bank (Application Support Officer)

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Build A Great Team Player
  • Communication For Impact.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process T24 daily Job base on procedures and guidelines
  • Assist T24 users when they face any issue related to T24 system
  • Perform payroll posting for corporate customer and government staffs
  • Testing New feature or patches before users start UAT or apply to production
  • Monitoring issue log
  • Cover duty of other staff when necessary as assigned
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Bank objectives and goals
  • Maintain users in T24 system
  • Support Cheque Clearing NBC
  • Support Money Gram.
