Job: Carlsberg Cambodia (Sales Executive)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets
• Plan, implement, control and evaluate sales promotion activities
• Supervise and guide Sales Representatives that are under his/her assigned areas
• Monitor closely the sales performance of company’s brands and products
• Execute promotional and merchandising activities as assigned
• Ensure the development and maintaining of good business relations with key account customers
• Support Sales Representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts
• Motivate and coach Sales staff and measure and evaluate their performances
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent
• Preferably with 3 years sales experience with other FMCG
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Computer literacy: Ms. Office, Internet and E-mail
• Loyal, flexible, and innovative
• Can keep the calm in stressful situation
• Natural leader with proven management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
