Position: Customer Service ($250-$400)
Job Duties
– Customer greeting and always with a smiling face,
– Taking care of Showroom cleanliness as well as the display and decoration
– Make phone call follow-up after sales and potential customer, to keep in touch with them
– Updating and maintenance of customer data including name and contact no. for future sales
– Be capable of designing professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services
– While interacting with clients you must be able to make fast and correct calculations and provide them with sales quotations and understand and their needs
– Expand your customer base and bring in new customers and generates sales to the Company,
– Enhancing up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by attending departmental and training meetings
– Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner
– Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools
– In order to help the team management and support the company development, you have to fill all necessary documents and forms
Job Requirements
– At least 1 years’ experience in training especially within customer services or Sale Representative Area, including experience developing organizing and delivering
– Good command of Power Points, words and Excel
– Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill
– Can communication in English
