Position: Customer Service Officer ($400-$600)

Job Duties

– To handle tele sales & marketing or to approach new prospect customers

– Response and follow up sales enquiries from (Customer, sales lead) as well.

– To act as initial point of contact and gathering of relevant information from target customer.

– Managing cold call or customer visit both of new prospect customers and existing customers as assigned time to time by management.

– Pipeline updates of cold call and customer list as weekly basis & reporting the result of visit to manager.

– Prepare office work and reports on weekly and monthly basis.

 

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field

– Must be able to read, write and speak both Chinese and English.

– Able to speak Thai would be an advantage.

– At least 1-2 years experiences as Sales or Marketing function or Customer Services.

– Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet & Email)
