Job: Customer Service Officer

Oknha Mong Port Co., Ltd. is an international joint venture companies between a foreign and local shareholder. With more than 300 employees, the MRT-TCC J.V is an internationally recognized leads in the oil palm business and runs a thriving seaport. To achieve its objective, we are looking for high quality candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To control and check ticket of truck in/out the port daily.
  • To issue PR in SAP and record it in Excel.
  • To check invoice and credit for all customers.
  • To prepare invoice to the files and services charge.
  • Daily report submit to CS Supervisor.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Bacc II
  • Experienced are advanced.
  • Good English (speaking and Writing)
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet and E-mail.
