Position: General Manager ($300-$400)
Job Duties
• Control the Staffs and the workers
• Solving all of the problems for the customers and the workers
• Conducts performance reviews for assigned personnel
• Resolves personnel conflicts and other related issues among or with internal personnel
• Increase business effectiveness by selecting, training, coaching, and disciplining managers and staff
• Develop and implement company’s objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections
• Assign accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising commercial and operational results

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Management.
• Good computer skill Microsoft office.
• To be patient with the workers and with the job.
• High responsibility for the job.
• At least 1 year experience working in management.
• Honest with the company.
• Good English or other language, spoken, listening and written in English.
• Be strong in management and solving the problem.
