Position: General Manager in Bar ($800-$1200)
Job Duties
• Interact and build rapport with guests, maintain good customer relations, and handle customer feedback promptly and dutifully
• Organize and coordinate events and activities in the bar in order to meet revenue target set by the management
• Ensure smooth operations in the bar
• Recruit and lead a group of waiters/waitresses to operate the bar, guide them through their job procedures and review their performance periodically
• Schedule duty roster to ensure a balanced allocation of work amongst staff
• Conduct stocktaking of alcohol inventory and replenish when necessary

Job Requirements
• Have good knowledge of different types of alcoholic drinks
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 4 years of bar experience
• Able to communicate in English and Khmer fluently
• Able to handle difficult customers
• Able to maintain high energy and drive among the team
