Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • five years of experience in banking/financial institutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the banking business is essential, and should include detailed knowledge of relevant bank products and services, as well as sales and marketing
  • Ability to speak read and write in English
  • preferably English and Khmer
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure, good at decision making
  • Works with integrity, objectivity, accountability and leadership
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages and directs the sales and business development activities of the Consumer Business Managers directly including selection, performance management, and coaching
  • Oversees the development of marketing/business plans for each designated business segments including secured and unsecured. Develops and recommends marketing objectives, including sales activities and production forecasts
  • Reviews and monitors pipeline report and other pertinent management information to ensure adequate commitment levels to achieve desired production volume and customer satisfaction. Holds Business
  • Managers accountable for required performance standards and takes appropriate disciplinary action when necessary
  • Recruit, hire and on-board new qualified staff to ensure the growth of the business segments per the Head of Consumer Banking’s directive as well as maintains the team size due to attrition
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements sales strategies with Heads of Branch Management and Regional Managers and other bank business partners regularly for distribution channel Lending Team. Establishes and maintains interactive relationships with appropriate non-bank referral sources. Effectively
  • Communicates to all internal and external business partners to encourage future production and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensures staff provides a high quality of customer service to all customers, both existing and new
  • Keeps informed of competitor’s rates and loan programs, and recommends appropriate changes to current bank programs and rates
  • Ensure staff has been adequately trained and performs all functions in accordance with lending and bank regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Code of Conduct: Must strictly adhere to the Bank’s Code of Conduct, Guidelines and Human Resources Policies and Procedures to ensure the professionalism of the Bank, take immediate action to stop and report to Superior, Senior Management and Internal Control of any violations or misconducts.
