Position: HR Officer ($350-$500)

Job Duties

– Implement HR policies as reflected in the HR Manual; to ensure staffs are kept up to date w all new HR policies.
– Advises  within  his/her  area  of  responsibility  on  training  and  development, performance appraisal and succession planning.
– Review  current  HR  policies,  listen  to  and  understand  staff  feedback  and  suggest pol changes when needed.
– Work closely with all department directors, facilitates and improves to ensure HR policies fully understood
– Comply with all HR standards, policies and procedures.
– Respond to HR policies inquires in a professional manner.
– Inform and advise the Human Resources Director of any HR issues that arise.
Job Requirement

– Bachelor degree or higher degree in Business Administration preferably in Human Resource Management or Employee Relations.
– Proficient in English and Khmer are necessary.
– Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
– Excellent Report writing, presentation and writing skill.
– Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and respond with sensitivity
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
– Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
– Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with sound judgment, tact and discretion
– Strong   computer   skills   and   proficiency   with   Microsoft   Office   programs   (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
