Position: Import and Export Manager ($1,000-$2,000)
Job Duties
– Planning and implementing material flows to meet production requirement
– Conducting production plan/finished product import to ensure sufficient stock for sales
– Overall responsibilities for supervision of Import & Export Team
– Monitoring products/materials import or export to comply with regulatory requirement
– Set up finance procedures and establish the import & export department.
– Fully responsible for customs affair, logistics and trade compliance.
– Budget planning for Import & Export including Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, and Transportation
– Monitoring inventory and warehouse to ensure Import & Export cost effectiveness
– Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
– Establishing and monitoring Import & Export Key Performance Indicator
– Planning, implementing, and improving purchasing process and operation

Job Requirements
– Preparing inventory management practices.
– Costing and pricing methodology.
– Prevailing customs rules and regulations.
– Minimum 3+ Year experience in Import & Export Management of handling clearing & forwarding, product costing and dealings with insurance company and customs.
– Imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
– Warehousing procedures & inventory management.
– Logistics and freight industry.
– Warehousing methodology.
– Procurement rules and regulations.
– Packaging products for shipping/delivery.
