Internal Audit (1 Post) / Senior Internal Auditor (1 Post)

Job Description

– Plan, manage, and implement an audit from beginning to end;
– Identify, prioritize, and measure risks in INSTITUTION;
– Prepare the best techniques for gathering audit evidence and preparing work papers;
– Determine how and what to audit;
– Enhance and practice interpersonal and team-building skills throughout the audit;
– Consolidating and analyzing all of staff report;’
– Evaluating staff under supervisor;
– Recommending on weakness of operation or institution;
– Create an environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, and responsibility and develop strategies to increase participation and cooperation of the audit staff;
– Making report to internal audit committee;
– Staff coaching, mentoring, consulting on audit methodology;
– Develop policies and procedures related to internal auditing;
– Verbal or written blame or admiring the bad/good staff performing inside the department then report to human resource department and CFO and Chief of Audit Committee.
– Perform other audit tasks as may assign by CEO or Audit Manager.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor degree in auditing, finance, and accounting;
– Two years of related experience;
– Age at least 21 years old;
– Excellent knowledge of Khmer culture and customs
– Fluent in Khmer language and in English
– Good Interpersonal Skills
