Job: ISI STEEL CO., LTD. (QC Engineer)

• Check and monitor quality of all production process for each station with the requirement document.
• Make sure that the production follows projects’ shop drawing.
• Devise sampling procedure and direction for recording and reporting quality data.
• Note and report all problems (statistical quality data) with quality to supervisor sometime need to stop production for a while to avoid serious problems.
• Look at ways to reduce wastes and increase efficiency
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Helps resolve quality related issues with operation staff
• Other tasks as per assigned.

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Technical, DUT)
• Certification and advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality improvement Associate is an advantage
• 5S & Safety Knowledge
• Proficient Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
