Position: Logistics operation officer ($300-$500)
Job Duties
– Strongly follow SOP requirement
– Contact to airline/shipping line for schedule
– Checking approval and contact to shipper for any booking approval
– Issue HAWB, HBL,TWB, Draft MBL, Billing Invoice….etc
– Follow up shipment arrival as per schedule
– Update schedule to buyer and agent
– Update consignee’s system
– Report to Manager
Job Requirements
– Have experience in logistic is advantage
– Fluent and good skills in English, Chinese is an advantage.
– Honestly & Friendly
– Good communication
– Computer skill for MS Excel, Word, Power Point and email
– We will train system and working flow
