1-                  Loan Admin Officer

Job Description

The main responsibilities of Loan Administrative Officer are to valuate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans, advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments, including mortgage loan officers and agents, collection analysts, loan servicing officers, and loan underwriters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process the credit cases of Micro Business Loans to head office.
  • Monitoring and following up next settlement dates and expiry of Micro Business Loan and ensuring timely settlements.
  • Controlling and monitoring Credit Committee Resolution.
  • Preparing legal documents for loan approved from Head Office.
  • Ensure safekeeping of all the documents related to the approved loan i.e. loan application, collateral/securities documents submitted by the borrower in the vault after recording of the particulars in the respective vault register.
  • Coordinate with credit administration officer at head office to monitor the expiration of insurance policies.
  • Coordinate with client for review of loans, insurance renewal, legal documents, etc.
  • Administrative Task of Micro Business Loans.

2-                  Client Service Advisor

Job Description

Client Service Advisor is responsible for contributing ABA growth and profitability through the provision of quality customer services and sales in respect of all ABA products; including the understanding of customer needs and choices, the communication of product features and benefits and the effective follow up and building of the internal relationship.

  • Identify and action on sales opportunity for new business opportunity by responding to inquiries from both new and existing customers.
  • Provide consultative service in regard to banking products and services which is considered as a good solution to suite the clients’ needs.

  • Making sure that the documents submitted are accurate and valid.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inbound call

  • Respond to customer inquiries by following the customer service standard and script provided by ABA Bank.
  • Research required information using available resources (if assigned by Head of department).
  • Handle/ resolve customer complaints (if doable in your level) and/or Identify and escalate priority issues/complaints to the right person of the units which a complaint/issue raised to.
  • Perform your role and contact point from the client to follow up and close the complaint/issue.
  • Follow‐up customer calls where necessary.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, terms and conditions if asked by the client.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments if a query/complaint is not manageable within your discretion.

2. Outbound Calls

6-                  Treasury Dealer

Job Description

S/he is totally responsible to assist and to bring initiative vision to head of treasury dealing & FX control unit/head of treasury for planning, organizing, leading, controlling of the treasury dealer & FX unit, treasury department, and ensures the implementation is in accordance with the operating manuals and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare the calculation of foreign exchange position in order to take effective and efficient action.
  • Maintain the optimal position and deal with clients the optimal rate.
  • Do FX reports and local market analysis.
  • Good grasp of basic FX that is able to set up the physical FX services or other picture of FX service.
  • Prepare the realized gain/loss report from the dealing and ensure gaining from the FX service.

Job Description

Teller Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of branch/cash management with the good quality of customer service. S/he will train and coach tellers for efficient processing transaction as per bank policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient teller transactions are offered with professionalism.
  • Give clear instruction and guidance to subordinates.

Job Description

To ensure the accurate and timely of swift processing from any oversea remittance from ABA bank branch networks. They will responsible for inward and outward remittance both processing and investigations.

  • Conduct Swift typing and create message MT103 with time line.
  • Verify remittance form with accuracy and comply with policy before processing in swift message.
  • Be ensure that MT103 creation conform to information in remittance form.

9-                  Senior Teller

Job Description

Senior is responsible for supporting supervisor to manage all Teller positions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the teller line. Duties may include a contribution towards assigning workflow, training news tellers or poor performing tellers if requested, monitoring customer service, and ensuring Tellers’ duties are in conformance with established procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all functions as detailed in “Performance Section” of Teller’s Position Description.
  • Executes an extensive variety of customer transactions both on paper work and system in accordance with Bank policy and procedures.
  • Monitors and maintains branch cash levels and prepares related reports as needed.
  • Oversees the execution of daily banking procedures as related to teller line and ATM (if ATM is placed under branch’s responsibility).

Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to assist purposely on draft BOQ, tendering documents, market price analysis, make drawing proposal all ATM booths and branches.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all construction works in Bank and its branches/Service Point, ATM booths and monitor/coordinate the repair and maintenance works related to the bank’s properties.
  • Handling all aspects of project planning, design, draft branch’s proposal, scheduling works, and feasibility study and implementation of the contract work from inception to completion.
  • Supervision and co-ordination of the main constructors for construction site.
  • Contract administration including cost control, evaluation and negotiation, tendering and awarding of the contract works.
  • Co-ordination with consultants and contractors on all site technical issues and all aspects of contract administration works.
  • Reviewing and monitoring construction schedule in order to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Liaison with architects, consultant and builders on construction techniques, auditing consultant’s design costing and contractual issues related to pre-contract and post construct works.
  • Conduct field/physical inspection from time to time in order to ensure the quality and safety is implemented on construction site.

Job Description

Maintenance is responsible for repairing, providing maintenance such as office appliances, general equipment, Generator, ATS system, ATM Booth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the construction, alteration, preparation, painting and repair to structures made of wood, plaster, concrete or brick; assists in the installation of cabinets, tables, shelves and other types of furniture.
  • Maintain the installation, repair and maintenance of building roofs; responds to service requests from ABA branches to secure banking operation.
  • Maintain the maintenance and minor repairs to heating, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.
  • Maintain the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical distribution systems including electric motors, electric controls, fire alarms, and clock systems.
  • Maintain the repair and maintenance of lockable hardware such as doors, automatic electric doors, windows, lockers and magnetic keying systems to ensure safety of facilities; maintains records on keys made and issued and lock replacements.
  • Maintain and repair of plumbing and heating fixtures and components, piping of various size and type; checks safety equipment and replaces components such as washers, gaskets, and filters.
  • Maintain the inspection, repair, or replacement of pumps, and electrical systems.
  • ATM Booth maintenance to ensure the signage, ABA brand name, cleeness,  illumination with good image.
  • Transports a variety of tools, equipment and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
  • Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
  • Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.

12-              Legal Officer

Job Description

The Legal Officer is responsible for checking and reviewing the completed legal documents such as loan agreement, security agreement etc, before and after the loan disbursement. Preparation of legal documents for court action by working with a lawyer is also included.

  • To assist the bank’s branches for review the legal documents such as loan agreement, security agreement, and others before and after the loan disbursement;
  • To conduct the training orientation regarding the legal documents;

  • Verify the legal documents before submitting to the competent courts;
  • Undertake domestic and international legal research tasks;

International Operations Officer is responsible for booking inward and outward locals and internationals by using system as flextool ( flexhost and flexbranch). Receive and check OTT form from other branches. Thus, pick up and make a called to other branches and consumers. Use I-baking and E-payment( ETOKEN) .After that, prepare daily reports inward and outward locals.

Job Description

S/he is responsible for General accounting including the preparation of journal entries, maintenance of balance sheet, ledgers and bank reconciliations. Furthermore, s/he also assists in monthly closing, account analysis and provides other support as required by Finance Department.

  • Maintenance of the general ledger and fixed assets register.

Job Description

The ATM and POS Terminal Officer is responsible for checking and reconnecting ATM booth power and connectivity, monitor and maintain ATM and POS, and provide training to client and internal staff.

Location: Kampot Branch

Duties and Responsibilities

  • IT task to support card system working smoothly.
  • Fix and repair (if possible) for any PC problem, printer, and other equipment.
  • Installation POS, ATM, PC, Server and some other equipment.
  • Support and fix some issue from terminal team or IT.
  • Instruction customer or internal employee to operation well with the terminal or PC.
  • Support customer request related to technology requirement.
  • POS terminal training when new pos deploy or when customer (in-house or merchant) request a new training session.
  • Schedule visiting merchant to make strong relationship and get info update from merchant requirement and improvement poor services.
  • ATM controlling and monitoring, status, connection and other support.

  • On site visit merchant when problem occur sometime at night time not only working hours.
  • Troubleshooting with card system & terminal team of any issue occurred with technical issue.
  • ATM cash loading, ATM cash reporting and refill receipt delivery.
  • ATM maintenance and fix issue that come from dusty.
  • Collect captured card and return to customer representative.
  • Installation, maintenance and update ATM & POS application and also PC.
  • Configuring ATM application parameters and POS terminal parameters.
  • Installing new connection and connect with new installation for ATM, POS and PC.
  • Troubleshooting with connection provider when connection down took place.
  • Report immediately of any case urgent needed to be fix due to bank operation or customer needs.
  • Report to card system, terminal team or clearing regarding to customer complain about POS terminal or ATM machine failure or merchant account is not credit and more.
  • Arrange schedule for ATM maintenance, merchant’s side visit.
  • Support customer via call or direct visit.
  • Training how to use POS/ATM in-house and customer.
  • Come to check and fix problem at office or at merchant site when issue came from technical issue.
  • Site visit ATM every week at night time and create report for improvement.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to be sure the system working smoothly, testing.

Skills and Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in business, communications, computer science, IT or equivalent work or educational experience.
  • Experience in ATM switching system, card management system and card personalization software.
  • Good knowledge in ATM and POS implementation and management.

Job Description

Teller is responsible for handling customer transactions at banks, including taking deposits, disbursing cash, opening accounts, and investigating fees.
