Job Description

The post is recruited to function purposely on reviewing of legal documentation, ensuring order and completeness of legal files after loans were disbursed including approved loans’ resolution and supported documents of loans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing delivery of email correspondence from branches to team members.

Job Description

Teller is responsible for handling customer transactions at banks, including taking deposits, disbursing cash, opening accounts, and investigating fees.

Job Description

The Legal Officer is responsible for checking and reviewing the completed legal documents such as loan agreement, security agreement etc, before and after the loan disbursement. Preparation of legal documents for court action by working with a lawyer is also included.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist the bank’s branches for review the legal documents such as loan agreement, security agreement, and others before and after the loan disbursement;
  • To conduct the training orientation regarding the legal documents;

  • Verify the legal documents before submitting to the competent courts;

Job Description

The ATM and POS Terminal Officer is responsible for checking and reconnecting ATM booth power and connectivity, monitor and maintain ATM and POS, and provide training to client and internal staff.

  • IT task to support card system working smoothly.
  • Fix and repair (if possible) for any PC problem, printer, and other equipment.

Micro Business Loan Supervisor is responsible for monitoring micro loan officers and also be responsible on-the-job coaching and development of loan; as well as to ensure the smooth daily operations and lending activities of the branch.

Lending Support Officer is responsible for assisting purposely on collecting and analyzing loan proposals from all branches and preparing the cases to credit committee meeting.

The successful candidate shall laise with partnership team of life insurance company for the development and implementation of product and marketing propositions to drive delivery of predetermined sales, performance, and business objectives in bancassurnace product line.

  • Work closely with managers of distributions and partnership distribution teams of insurer to implement strategies to help increase awareness and customer knowledge on important financial planning and risk management needs of our customer in areas of basic protection, family protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, etc.

  • Provide induction training for new contact center consultant(s) so they can quickly learn the ropes.
  • When bank launches new products, he/she must aware and organize product training programs for CCCs. Data Warehouse Officer shall be responsible for any consolidate and optimize available data and analysis data structure for new development project internal banking within preparation documentation, user manual and data dictionary. And shall be reporting to Head of banking apps/reports development unit.

This position is responsible for ensuring a high quality product is delivered to ABA customers, and takes proactive measures while working with other teams to detect problems before they reach the end-users.

The person who succeeds in this role is a problem solver who leaves no stone unturned and is comfortable troubleshooting hardware, web and mobile applications alike. As senior QA tester you will test the software as first user in a systematic way for bugs in the system and issues related to user interface.
You will work closely with developers, designers and product owners to understand features and implement robust, comprehensive test plans to verify functionality of apps and web solution.

ICT Security Analyst is responsible to establishes, manages and administers Bank’s ICT security  to ensure preventive and recovery strategies are in place, and minimize the risk of internal and external security threats.

  • Develop and refine new threat concerns and intelligence requirements specific to the bank.

  • Monitor and ensure that appropriate levels of security exist in the following ICT areas but not limit to PC’s, client server, LAN, WAN, broadband networks, web environments, firewalls, IP telephony, disaster recovery, financial … etc.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data at rest or while in transit between end point devices, servers and other systems including any data at rest on hosted, third party systems where ICT have been involved.
  • Arrange and manage the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.
  • Prioritize ICT risks and manage projects based on severity of risk and noncompliance.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate IT Policies.
  • Investigate, respond and report on ICT security incidents.
  • Perform other tasks to further ICT security that can be assigned by line manager.

Skills and Specifications

  • Bachelor degree of IT, Computer Science or other related field.
  • 2 years experience implementing and maintaining the security policies for Cisco and/or other firewalls devices.
  • Holding any ICT Network (CCNA/ CCNP) related training certification is plus.
  • Experienced in monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Cacti, Syslog.
  • Have a good understanding of networking and routing protocols, including TCP/IP.
  • Proven experience in Unix / Linux system administration.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and MySql database.

  • Provide maintain the construction, alteration, preparation, painting and repair to structures made of wood, plaster, concrete or brick; assists in the installation of cabinets, tables, shelves and other types of furniture.
  • Maintain the installation, repair and maintenance of building roofs; responds to service requests from ABA branches to secure banking operation.
  • Manage team Maintain the maintenance and minor repairs to heating, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.
  • Maintain the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical distribution systems including electric motors, electric controls, fire alarms, and clock systems.

  • ATM Booth maintenance to ensure the signage, ABA brand name, cleaness, illumination with good image.
