1-     Teller Supervisor

Job Description

Teller Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of branch/cash management with the good quality of customer service. S/he will train and coach tellers for efficient processing transaction as per bank policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient teller transactions are offered with professionalism.
  • Give clear instruction and guidance to subordinates.
  • Check the daily cash count with teller and briefly report to branch manager/chief of cash operation department.

  • Recognize opportunities to recommend bank’s products and services and refer customers to appropriate staff members.

2-     SME Loan Officer

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for processing loan applications for SME and corporate clients, as well as monitoring the loan portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospects new clients and assists them for loan application.
  • Has the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
  • Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arrange to opens new loan account.
  • Prepares and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loan in kind.
  • Have good knowledge about guideline of regulatory body and able to prepare loan reports for internal and external use.
  • Monitors the loan and follows up of the timely repayment.
  • Maintains contact and maintain good relationship with client.

Job Description

Micro Business Loan Supervisor is to ensure the smoothly daily operations and lending activities of the branch, monitor Micro Business Loan Officers and also be responsible on-the-job coaching and development of loan.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exercise direct supervision over the Micro Business Loan Officers and loans solicited by Micro Business Loan Officers.
  • Takes the lead in promoting the product particularly in conducitng the client orientation.
  • Responsible for reviewing of loan application brought by Micro Business Loan Officers.
  • Present credit case to competent authority for further approval of the loan.
  • Responsible for on-the-job coaching and development of loan assessment skills of Micro Business Loan Officers.
  • Conducts daily monitoring of loan accounts and settlements.
  • Helping Micro Business Loan Officers’handle their more difficult collection cases.
  • Responsible for the attainment of performance target of the unit.
  • Review MIS Reports on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with Head Office Recovery and Legal team to recover the default loan if any.

  • Bachelor degree in the field of Business, Economic, Law or other equivalent is advantage.
  • At least 3 years experience in Micro-Finance Industry.

4-     Micro Business Loan Officer

Job Description

Micro Business Loan Officer is responsible for processing and analyzing micro business loan applications and conduct credit investigations, reports and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Solicits potential and existing clients in accordance with the guidelines stated in the micro business loan policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
  • Receives and screens loan applications.
  • Conducts credit investigation for borrowers and their co-makers.
  • Evaluates cash flow of loan applicants.
  • Conducts sit visit of secure collateral.
  • Ascertains the completeness of loan documents.
  • Follows up delinquent clients immediately and refers to immediate supervisor.
  • Recommends remedial measures for delinquent clients in accordance with the recovery policies and procedures of the Bank.

5-     Branch Operations Officer

Job Description

Branch Operation Officer this role is responsible for assisting branch manager/deputy branch manager in ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations and a high standard of operational control; especially in the areas of customer on boarding process as well as the compliance to AML/CFT internal rules. In addition, you also provide efficient in meeting customer’s banking needs and work together as a team in achieving sales and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the process for account opening and validation in system as effective as possible. Making sure documents submitted by front officers are accurate and valid. Take action to follow up in case provided documents are not complete.
  • Upload the specimen signature form, signed by proper discretionary holder(s) on timely manner.
  • Contribute to efficient delivery of customer requests, including, issuance of cheques book, cheque activation, bank confirmation (i.e., scheduled account statement printing…), etc.
  • Maintain a proper control of sales kits and stock for passbook, FD certificate, blank cheques book, brochures, etc., take action to report and request for the new stock as necessary.
  • Support and handle complex customer’s issues in supporting sales area while executing excellent customer service principles.
  • Monitor daily account movement in material amount (USD 50K or more) and make necessary reports to DBM/BM.
  • Work in collaboration with front officers to collect pending fees (i.e., dormant fee) and improve the structure of values account; take action on closure of low value accounts.
  • Maintains cooperative and productive work atmosphere, including “speak-up culture” within the branch.
  • Assist DBM/BM on other operational tasks as assigned by BM/DBMCS.

  • Make customer presentations and Identify sales opportunity for new business for new customers.

8-     Card and E-Payment Security Officer

Job Description

Card and E-Payment Security Officer is responsible for establishes, manages and administers Bank’s Card and Payment gateway security  standard/procedure and provides assurance on compliance, intregity, availability and security mainly on Card and Payment gateway systems to minimize the risk of internal and external security threats.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities include maintaining compliance and monitoring security on Card and Gateway payment;
  • Discovery vulnerabilities/weakness and provide recommendation;
  • Provide security update for E-payment or Card attack vectors and countermeasure;
  • Assess compliance of the company environment to PCI-DSS and other security standards for ATMs;
  • Review Security audit, Malware, and unauthorized access all Payment Systems;
  • Document the gaps found as part of the Issue management process; Work with the identified issue owners to follow up, track status and ensure that the issues are closed prior to remediation due date agreed;
  • Communicate controls, policies, standards, and compliance requirements to business and IT staff;
  • Provide periodic compliance status reporting to multiple stakeholders within the organization;
  • Provide Security training to related staff on Cyber-attack and prevention;
  • Perform other tasks to further security that can be assigned by line manager;

Skills and Qualification Required

  •  Bachelor degree of IT, Computer Science or other related field;
  • Minimum of 2+ years of information security, risk management and controls testing/monitoring experience
  • Experience conducting security audits in accordance with the PCI-DSS, ATM security or any other regulatory obligations or industry standards
  • Technology background with familiarity in at least two of the following: distributed systems (Linux, Windows), databases, networks (LAN/WAN technologies, firewalls, routers, load-balancers, web development, mobile. etc.
  • Good in analytical skills and fast learning;
  • Good verbal and written English skills to present to senior management.

9-     Micro Business Loan Trainee

Job Description

Micro Business Loan Trainee is responsible for processing and analyzing Micro Business Loan applications and conduct credit investigations, reports and more.

Location: All Phnom Penh and Provincial Branches

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description:

Client Service Supervisor is responsible for a supporting function for RMs, conducting and managing in-house sales activities by engaging peers to provide superiors customer services in responding to client’s queries and/or needs and recommending the right solution, as well as ensuring a close monitoring of compliance with policies and procedures, i.e., properly maintaining of account filing and updated/relevant information of customer files.
