  1. IT HelpDesk Officer

Job Description

S/he is responsible for receiving all ABA bank users’ IT related issues by providing a central point of contact, opening tickets, escalating to the next level of support and ensuring that all call are followed up and resolved. In addition, s/he will play a role as the 1st level of active operators to monitor device and system healthy screen as well as alert to the next level of engineers to deliver smooth banking systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide the first line supports for all relevant IT to users.
  • Receive all issues by phone calling, e-mail and related communication from users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Be proactive to monitor devices to ensure it doesn’t impact business operations.
  • Open support ticket and properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Generate analysis in responsible helpdesk reports and report to managements.

  1. Collateral Management Officer

Job Description

This position will be responsible for recording properties that are proposed as the collateral for the bank, conduct land market survey and property inspection.

Location

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (4 posts).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To record the properties proposed as collateral for the loan.
  • Send the values of the proposed collateral to branches.
  • Conduct side inspection of the proposed collateral whenever required.
  • Conduct land market survey across all provinces and update properties information.
  • To give indicative value of the proposed collateral across all the provinces.
  • Make communication/discussion with all branches about the difference market value between branch and collateral unit.
  • To support other assigned tasks of required by direct line manager.
  • Check Indicative value with external valuer.
  • Confirm and identify the correct proposed collateral for the bank.
  • Coordinate with Recovery and Lending team if any.
  1. Client Acquisition Trainee

Job Description

Client Acquisition Trainee is responsible for achieving branch sales targets by providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience, which identifies and meets customers’ transnational and sales needs.

Location

  • Any Branches (50 Posts).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make customer presentations and Identify sales opportunity for new business for new customers.
  • Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by continuing on-board new customers and increasing the customer’s portfolio.
  • Agree challenging daily, weekly, and monthly targets for yourself with your branch manager/ head of department. Regularly evaluate these targets – when results fall short of target, understand why and agree what to do differently to improve performance with your line manager.

  1. Credit Quality Control Officer

Job Description

Credit Quality Control Offer is responsible to field visit branches on regular basis to check compliance of loan approval, disbursement, monitoring and recovery procedure by branch Loan Officer in order to strengthen quality of loan and mitigate internal fraud. CQCO will be acting as a reviewer on the disbursed credit cases and screen for any shortage of required document and conduct physical check on business and other sources of to ensure repayment capacity.

Location

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (4 posts).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regular Field Visit of branches for review of credit files in line with planned schedule of visit finalized by Internal Credit Control Unit.
  • Conduct official check and review of loan files in all branches in order to check compliance with approved policies regarding loan approval, disbursement, monitoring and recovery.
  • Review business structure, financial condition/repayment capacity, collateral of the borrower from the credit file and verify with actual site visit on sampling basis to ensure reported data in credit appraisal is actual.
  • Advise LO/BM for fulfillment of shortage required document during the check and review loan file document.
  • Coordinate with LO/BM as soon to update their response on clarification of findings and prepare such report to Head of the Unit and Senior Bank Management.
  • Notify immediately to Head and Top Management upon finding of any serious issue related to respective branch.
  • Coordinate to investigate for serious issues if it involves internal fraud.
  • Carefully analyze on the borrower business information/document provided at the first time or as per disclosed in credit appraisal done by respective LO with actual field visit.
  • To provide high responsibility on the check and analyze the borrower financial statement and make comparison to the fact after physical check has been done.

Skills and Qualification Required

  • Bachelor degree in auditing/accounting/finance or a related field;
  • At least 1 year experience internal credit Control, Auditor, Loan review/Credit Assessment;
  • Good Knowledge of checking and reviewing credit document file;
  • Good knowledge of finding a sampling document of the audit purpose;
  • Be able to identify the issue and good confidentially;
  • Be able to deal and coordinate with all branch loan officer/supervisor/Branch Manager;

Job Description

Performance Support Specialist will assist Head of Sales on providing guidance and counselling on performance management initiative, and developing, coordinating, and implementing sales team development, improve their sales performance and achieve bank targets.

Job Description

Network Administrator is responsible for maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
  • Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.

  1. ICT Assurance and Compliance Officer

Job Description

ICT Assurance and Compliance Officer is responsible on establishes, manages and administers Bank’s ICT security policy and procedures to ensure preventive and recovery strategies are in place, and minimize the risk of internal and external security threats.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with appropriate IT Policies;
  • Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the security control on various components including network, server, virtualization technology, application development, change management, information classification, risk management, business continuity, and incident response;
  • Monitoring and document Physical Security Access.
  • Periodic user access review for critical applications;
  • Create reports and presentations regarding IT security compliance;
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards (Change/patch/Incident/request management etc.);
  • Assist on the tracking of audit findings and respective compliance as committed by various units in IT;
  • Assist in the annual testing and review to assess risks on the network and infrastructure and recommend necessary changes to ensure security and business continuity;
  • Follow-up the reporting of security incidents and assist in the investigation of such to achieve proper solutions;

  • Provide Information Security Awareness Training to staff.

Skills and Qualification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree of IT, Computer Science or another related field;
  • Extensive experience in IT Security and banking, with focus on IT assurance and IT process, risk management;
  • Good technical background with Window, Linux, Network and web/program.
  • Good understanding of Technology Risk and Information Security policies and standards;
  • Developed knowledge in Regulatory Compliance obligations;

Job Description

Card Processing Officer is responsible for Settlement of Master card, Visa Card, and Union Pay International, crediting and holding merchant transactions, controlling and reimbursing credit card, delivering credit card information to cardholder.

  • Crediting and holding merchant transactions.

  • Collect payment from PayGo on sold prepaid products.
  • Settle sold pinless by ABA to PayGo and reverse any declined top-up to customers.
  • Resolve complaint related to error in top-up or bill payment.
  • Deposit Merchant transactions.
  • Monitor credit card settlement.
  • Verify and post necessary adjustment for ATMs’ GL when Teller loads new cash Doing.
  • Post billing transactions to cardholder accounts.
  • Release block for unbilled transactions.

Skills and Qualification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, IT or equivalent work or educational experience.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Card operations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communications skills (oral and written) in English language.
