Job: Maxk Group Company (Design Manager)

MAXK GROUP consists of four interactive business divisions in Cambodia: Maxk Shop, Maxk Lighting, Maxk Dsign, and Maxk Laminate. These multiple companies work together with a common goal: to become the brand of the future.

Currently, MAXK GROUP is expanding and growing rapidly. We are now looking for a qualified and committed candidate to fill the following positions

Develop design concepts

Delegating and Reviewing team assignments

Conducting team training on new business guidelines or design developments

Creating innovative designs, drafts, or presentations

Meeting customer expectations

Ensuring design quality and that design directives are followed

Coordinate construction projects by working with supplier

s and contractors

Keep track of project schedule and make sure project is delivered on timely manner

Make sure that project design match the needs and are functional

Well understanding general design concept of architecture

Follow the client requirement, concept design creatively develop design to meet the cost, quality and standard

Regular site visit so check on construction progress, product detail drawing

Able to self-manage own work/ Team work with high degree efficiency

Multi-tasking, self-motivated, independence, able to work under pressure

Always work under respect, responsible cooperate and communicate with team member and other staff

Bachelor/Master Degree of Architect/Interior

At least 5 years in Design and Details drawings

Specialized with AutoCAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro., V-Ray Plug-in, Adobe Creative Suites at high level.

Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (AI, Indd, Php) and with MS Office.

Technical knowledge of the design process

Be creative and innovative

Effective supervisory and organizational skills

Be able to resolve issues in a timely manner

Be flexible and dependable

Be able to work in multifaceted working environments

Be able to produce quality projects consistently

Be able to efficiently communicate in both written and oral
