Job Description

– Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
– Attend meetings and keep minutes
– Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
– Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
– Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
– facilitate document workflow in/out between GM and all departments
– Perform others tasks upon request
Job Requirements

– Has 2 year experience in admin work
– Has good command command of English and Ms. Office
– Able to work under pressure and deadline
– Thorough knowledge of labor law and conflict resolution/coordinator
– Obtained BBA in Administration, Finance and Accounting or related field
– Computer literacy
