Position: Operation Manager($700-$1,000)
Location: Siem Reap
Job Duties
– Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations to operate more efficiently.
– Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy to increase the sales column in hospitality sectors.
– Provide and facilitate training to employees on technical skills/business ethics to ensure of excellence service provided to customers.
– Monitor daily operation process and increase efficiency of employees for business growth/opportunities.
– Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.
– Formulate policies and plan the use of materials and human resources more efficiently.
– Generate relevant operational documentation.
– Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
– Administer all indoor performance in operation through efficient coaching and monitoring.
– Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
– Analyze and ensure better result to fulfill operation requirements.
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies rules and regulation.
– Prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate process as per business requirement.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related fields.
– Understand about leadership and management skill and promote team spirit.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of effective and efficient results.
– 3-5years Experience in business operation and experience in Hospitality or IT is preferred.
– Strong commitment, self-motivation and be able to resolve customer’s problem.
– Good command of English language.
