Job: PTC Computer Co.,Ltd (Accountant)

– Preparation of monthly and yearly financial report in accordance with the latest accounting standards.
– Create and maintain process flow.
– Control all monthly and yearly report.
– Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; reconciling entries.
– Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, statement of charges in equity.
– Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
– Accruals, Fix-assets, revenue recognition & variance analysis.
– Budgeting and forecasting and monthly management report.
– Well manage accounting documents in file
– Issue all accounting documents (Invoice, debit note..)
– Review and verify on payment suppliers
– Review and price of material and spear part
– Clear tax document (VAT)
– Tax declaration, prepare tax document, tax filling.
– Monitor monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
– Ensure sufficient supporting document of all financial transaction
– Preform other duties as assigned by manager

– Bachelor degree in Accounting is preferable
– Pursuing ACCA qualification is advantage
– At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance
– Knowledge of bookkeeping, double entry, Cambodia standard accounting
– Knowledge of Tax (monthly tax, & profit tax), and incorporation process
– knowledge of International Accounting Standard(IASs) or Cambodia Accounting Standard (CAS),
– knowledge of auditing practices and principles is a plus,
– Sound of English Language & Computer literacy
– Excellent computer skills-MS Word, Excel, Quick Book.
