Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree of IT
– At least 2 years working experience in IT sector
– Knowledge of advanced concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software.
– Knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Server and Networking
– Task analysis and evaluating surveys and workshop results.
– Using IT resources at an advanced level to create IT solutions, enabling organizations to better meet their goal.
– Training staff: New technologies, products and solution
– An ability to explain technical information to non-technical people
– Excellent communications skills
– Good negotiating skills and problem solving
– Team-working and team management experience
– Good project management skills
– Good organization and problem-solving skills
– Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
– Good time management
– High-level communication skills.
– Honest hard working
– Strong commitment
– Able to work under pressure and high responsibility
– English proficiency is a must. (Potentially with Chinese Mandarin)
