Job Duties
• Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
•Develops and maintain the recruitment policy and procedure in the Company
• Designs job announcement and choosing recruitment channel / source
• Conduct interviews for the management positions
• Builds relationship with in/out network and recruitment agencies
Job Requirements
• At least 3 Years’ experience in management level
• Good negotiation skills
• Good interviewing skills
• Social media knowledge
• Clear ability to communicate in English
• Management and leadership skills
• Microsoft office skills
• Good inter personal skills
• Analytical skills
• Reliable and honest with long term commitment
