Rose Susu International Co., Ltd is a leading cosmetic retailing group in Cambodia. It has over 5 retail stores in Cambodia selling over 200 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements including own-brands and exclusive products. To keep moving forwards to reaching our vision, we are now seeking a potential candidate to fill up the vacancy below.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the marketAnalyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goalsResearching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goalsGathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reportsImplementing new sales plans and advertisingRecruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectivesMaintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunitiesStaying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.Perform other tasks assigned by upper management

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years’ experience in retailsExperience in management may be advantageous.Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketingStrong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsKnowledge of data analysis and report writingThe ability to understand and follow company policies and proceduresThe ability to work under pressure Women are encouraged to apply
