Rose Susu International Co., Ltd is a leading cosmetic retailing group in Cambodia. It has over 5 retail stores in Cambodia selling over 200 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements including own-brands and exclusive products. To keep moving forwards to reaching our vision, we are now seeking a potential candidate to fill up the vacancy below.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits…etc.Propose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances…etc.)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performancePerform other tasks assigned by upper management

Qualifications

Proven successful experience as a retail or shop managerPowerful leading skills and business orientationCustomer management skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldStrong POS systems skillsWomen are encouraged to apply
