Position: Sale Outdoor-Real Estate ($200-$300)
Job Duties
– Create and maintain leads to achieve targets;
– Manage own time and schedule;
– Build good relationship with clients;
– Make a cold calling to target clients and have a face to face meeting;
– Conduct CMA(Comparative Market Analysis);
– Keep up to date real estate knowledge and market;
– Identify client’sneed and offer the best solution;
– Report to CEO and summit it into system;

Job Requirements
– Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields;
– Knowledge in MS. Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
– Good communication and negotiation skills;
– Experience in real estate industry is preferred;
– Honest, friendly, independent and flexible;
– Strong in problem solving;
