Position: Sales & Technical Manager – Chemistry ($400-$500)
Job Duties
- Work closely with your team on actively selling and supporting in their assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the current and prospective customers in your area, including plant or facility executives.
- Assist with the planning and execution of successful customer and prospect Seminars,
- Provide business and technical support to your team in their customer accounts; identifying and resolving customer challenges, and escalating as required.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and team on strategic current and prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area.
- Work closely with your team on generating and executing sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities in existing customer base, and in major, competitively held accounts, to meet defined area profit increase goals.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership by coaching and training the team.
Job Requirements
- Cambodian Nationality
- Male or Female
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Bachelor Degree of Chemistry Engineer or related fields Base on Experience.
- At least 2 years of successful technical sales and sale management experience on chemical industrial (Understand Laundry/Housekeeping Cleanliness/Food hygiene)
- Excellent in English
- Microsoft Office, outlook, & E-mail
- Good written and spoken English is preferable
