Job: SATHAPANA BANK (Secretary)

Responsibilities
 Act as a first point of contact, deal with correspondence and phone calls
 Manage diaries and organize meeting and appointments
 Participate in the meetings as necessary and prepare minutes or summary the meeting outcomes
 Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memo and form for internal and external distribution
 Book and arrange travel, itinerary transport and accommodation
 Organize events and conferences as necessary
 Remind the managers/ executives of important tasks and deadlines
 Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
 Develop and maintain fill system, both electronic and paper for CEO’s office
 Translate documents from/to Khmer-English
 Conduct or prepare any research that CEO may requires
 Various ad hoc requests

Qualifications
 At least BBA in Finance/Laws or related fields
 Ability to progress tasks within tight deadlines
 Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Khmer and English
 Good at office management skill and Well-developed time management skill
 Good communication/interpersonal skill
