Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Be flexible and can work under the pressure
  • Be able to work well in team
  • Willingness to learn new thin
  • gs Be able to use Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Email
  • Good Communication skills
  • Experience in teaching
  • Good in English
  • Good time and task management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for Hard Skills Training Program (Loan and Credit)
  • Deliver hard skill courses (Loan Process)
  • Research and development relate to the Policy and Procedure from related department on Loan and Credit function
  • Coordinates the OJT / Workplace Practice (loan and credit function) with all related line managers
  • Coordinates the learning courses including class arrangement, training facilities arrangement, material distribution as well as refreshment arrangement
  • Manage all logistical and administrative work needed to ensure instructor-led and learning programs run successfully
  • Design test for loan / credit function to measure the learning outcome
  • Review and update training materials (Loan and Credit)
  • Work closely with all loan and Credit trainers and provide support needed by trainers.
