KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new sales and business opportunities proactively
- Generate leads and responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales deal
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI
- Analyze and understand market requirements to develop sales roadmap and plans
- Respond and provide solutions to all sales inquiries, issues and problems
- Research on innovative products and services for business expansion
- Work closely with Operations department to ensure all SOPs are followed
- Assist in formulating and development of Commercial Department SOPs
- Perform adhoc tasks as required by immediate supervisor and senior management team
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business studies or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales or business development in logistic or delivery company servicing SME, E-commerce, retail or corporate industry
- Have vast experience in sales planning, leads development and closing sales in logistic and delivery service industry
- A good thinker and able to execute ideas quickly
- Friendly and presentable with good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advance level
- Digital savvy
- Good proficiency in Khmer and English.
- Chinese literacy is an added advantage
