Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Talent Acquisition Team is one of the crucial teams in Smart Axiata company to decide the DNA of this organization. You get to apply your interview and sourcing skills to recruit the right people with the right behaviors at the right time to join our company. We are not simply recruiting anyone, but we are recruiting the hidden digital talents in this country and hence we are called talent acquisition. Below are some of the tasks and responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Recruit and source for the right talents to various division, departments and units in Smart
• Conduct CV screening, interviews and assessment tests to filter candidates for the right position
• Engage with the candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding (such as collecting compliance documents – NSSF Card, Employee Workbook, Bank Accounts and Personal Information)
• Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right people and provide advice to the managers on how to improve their human resources
• Track and complete recruitment reports to present your progress of your recruitment
• Attend CSR Education Programs and other campus outreach activities to build relationship with potential hires for the future
• Assist with internship program implementations
• Participate in Employee Branding initiatives such as panel discussions, career fairs, school outreach activities and other partnerships with top institutes/universities

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2-year proven track records in HR recruitment
• Good English and Khmer language both spoken and written
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment
• Proactive and loves to understand/communicate with people
• Well organized and results oriented
• Proficiency in computer skills, MS-Office, Email, Internet, etc
• Have IT experience to be able to help recruit IT position is a big plus
