Main Duties and Responsibilities Requirements
–     Manage Operations of IT technical Helpdesk Service as daily basis

–     Manage IT technical issue escalation to related teams under IT Division,

–     Update procedure on network access and connectivity, performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; update policies and procedures on network access and authentication;

–     Administrate and manage network monitoring tool

–     Administrate and Manage networking equipment inventory

–     Manage on change control to network equipment and configuration

–     Support on Design and deploy network system and connectivity

–     Support on LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems

–     Monitor to ensure of network system performance, and network availability and document on activity log and network incidents.

 

–     Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields.

–     At least 3 years experienced in design and implement network connectivity, Network technical support and management

–     Certified qualification of Network technology (CCNA-4, CND, CCNP…)

–     Experience in network monitoring tools; hands on experiencin networking, routing and switching,

–     knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure

–     Working experience at MFI or Bank is a plus

–     Good at oral and written communication skills both English and Khmer.
