Job Description

S/he is totally responsible to assist and to bring initiative vision to head of treasury dealing & FX Control unit/head of treasury for planning, organizing, leading, controlling of the treasury dealing & FX unit, treasury department, and ensures the implementation is in accordance with the operating manuals and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare the calculation of foreign exchange position in order to take effective and efficient action.
• Maintain the optimal position and deal with clients the optimal rate.
• Do FX reports and local market analysis.
• Good grasp of basic FX that is able to set up the physical FX services or other picture of FX service.
• Prepare the realized gain/loss report from the dealing and ensure gaining from the FX service.
• Deal buy/sell currency with both local and overseas clients to maintain the bank’s optimal position.
• Prepare and keep all FX reports and related documents properly and safely.
• Quote foreign currency buying and selling rates from local source and international source.
• Update rate in the system in the early morning.

Skill and Requirement

• 2-3 years of treasury experience especially dealing FX in Bank or MFI.
• Knowledge of NBC’s regulation relevant to treasury.
• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance, ACCA or related field.
• Strong numerical and analysis skills on financial and economic data.
• Good planning, organizing and problem solving.
• Confident and able to work in a fast paced dealing environment.
• Negotiation and internal relationship building skills.
• Organizational, leadership and time management skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Word & Advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Honest and reliable person.
• Professional conduct.
