Job Responsibilities:

1.    Head of IT (01 Post)

-       Supervise information management systems and communication networks;

-       Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access;

-       Manage the day-to-day operations of the information technology department including directing staff who support administrative computing, networking, user services, telecommunications and other information technology functions;

-       Establish and direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department;

-       Identify user needs and resolve problems particularly seek possibility to transform manual works to automation;

-       Plan, and monitor the project implementation and periodic plan of actions of the Department of IT to ensure that those activities are effectively accomplished with the set timeframe;

-       Initiate and update the policies, procedures, instructions, guidelines and using forms and reports of the department for actual needs;

Resolve all the problems that occurred in the IT Department and Branch level.

 2.    Accounting Unit Manager (01 Post)


-       Make sure the accounting transactions are appropriate posted into the accounting systems and produce a reliable financial statements by offices (Head Office and Individual Branch);

-       Ensure reliable and up-to-date prepayment schedule, accrual listing and fixed asset listing and so on;

-       Work with relevant departments and branches to make sure the accounting transactions are complied with tax, regulation, and standard requirements;

-       Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls;

-       Prepare analysis of accounts as requested;

-       Prepare monthly and yearly tax returns;

-       Manage and control budgets and periodically report on variances;

-       Develop and refine policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions that are needed to improve the implementation of accounting practices and financial management;

Provide technical support to branches i.e. hand on knowledge on policy updates, instructions, or procedures in an appropriate ways ofthe best practices.
Job Requirment:

1.    Head of IT (01 Post)

-       A Cambodian citizen and have a good background, high integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards working with the poor and social mission;

-       At least bachelor degree in computer sciences, technology or related fields; aving master degree in IT is a plus;

-       At least5years’ experience in IT, preferably in microfinance/banking industry; Skillful in a specific core banking operating system is required preferably MBWin;

-       Experience with  VB.NET, SQL Server;

-       High proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

-       Have a good interpersonal and communication skills, team work, independent, and result-oriented;

-       Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities and effective team management as per number of different projects will be implemented at the same time.

2.    Accounting Unit Manager (01 Post)

-       Be a Cambodian citizen and have a good background, high integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards working with the poor and social mission;

-       Have at least Bachelor degree in Business Administration for finance and banking or related fields;

-       Have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in microfinance or Banking industry and knowledge of Taxation, Budgeting, IFRS, and NBC’s requirements;

-       Have a good interpersonal and communication skills, team work, independent, and result-oriented;

-       Be good at basic computer skills i.e. MS Office, Peachtree…;

-       Be high proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

-       Have ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities and effective team managementas per number of different projects will be implemented at the same time
