Job Description
– Controlling project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
– Detail layout for Draftsman to make sure Site Engineer easy understand
– Taking the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
– Visiting site to check on project status and report on project.
– Meeting with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structure.
– Estimating the amount of required materials, equipment, and construction time
– Directing workers who prepare drawings and document.
– Visiting worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans
– Meeting with construction professionals and clients to discuss feasibility of designs.
– Specifying the materials needed for construction of projects.
– Working with contractors, surveyors, and building service engineers to create a construction schedule and bring the designs to fruition
– Resolving issues that come up during construction
– Participating in project management throughout the construction

Job Requirements
– Bachelor degree in Architect and Engineering or other related field
– 2 years of work experience with construction
– Can use sketchup, Layout, Photoshop
– Can edit Video
– Good in both English and Khmer
– Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
– Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
