Job Description
– Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
– Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
– Manage internet networking, technologies, routing, switching, routing protocol, security access level, Proxy, VOIP system, etc.
– Manage and maintain user credential such Active Directory, Email, Network Access, etc.
– Ensure maximum security of organization’s computer system by patching and updating anti-virus, network firewall and data backup, etc.
– Establish a good working relationship and morality with other staff from officer level to senior staff level.
– Good inter-personal and communication skills.
– Pursue new technology to improve overall computer system in organization.

Job Requirements
– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant skill.
– Minimum 1-year experience in IT Technical Support.
– Good knowledge in supporting Microsoft Window operating system environment.
– Good knowledge in Microsoft Server environment such as Active Directory, File Server, Group Policy, etc.
– Good knowledge in support Microsoft Office.
– Good knowledge in Email configuration (SMTP, POP3, IMAP).
– Good knowledge computer networking with MikroTik in routing, switching, VPN, Firewall, etc.
– Be able to prioritize tasks, good organizational and time-management skills.
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skill
– Minimum 1-year experience in IT Technical Support.
