Job Description
– Purchasing all construction materials including internal and external.
– Understanding well the full application about How to created purchase order in NAV System
– Updating purchasing schedule and timeline
– Looking for a better solution to get all items of purchasing demand on time and fit with the requirement.
– Visiting the construction site to understand the demand of purchasing.
– Researching potential vendors.
– Comparing and evaluate offers from suppliers.
– Negotiating contract terms of agreement pricing and payment term.
– Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery.
– Reviewing quality of purchased products.
– Maintaining updated records of purchased products.
– Preparing purchased reports DO invoice for payment,
– Following up with accounting team regarding payment to vendor
– Coordinating with stock controllers to ensure proper storage
– Managing document
– Other tasks as required by management

Job Requirements
– Male and Female, age 20-35
– Bachelor degree of Business Administration or related skill
– 1-2 years’ experiences in this field
– Friendly and good in communication skill
– Hard working and good at problem solving
