Currently, MAXK GROUP is expanding and growing rapidly. We are now looking for a qualified and committed candidate to fill the following positions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technical Supporter, you will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager as below:
Product delivery to customer
Creating Dialux reports
BOQ processing
Site visit and survey.
Keep following up with stock controller
Researching the market and related products
Face to face presentation of products or services in a professional manner
Responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries
Gathering market and customer information
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Liaising with purchaser to check the progress of existing orders
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Other duties assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree of marketing or equivalent.
At least 03 years of previous experiences in Marketing or Sale such as: Selling Light/Electricity Equipment, or construction industry is a plus.
Good communication skill, honest, integrity, good organizational, good leadership, and well interpersonal.
Ability to inspire and support people
Creative, initiative and critical thinking skills
Computer proficiency: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email.
Ability to work as a team.
