KH TRANSPORTATION EXPRESS provides high-quality door-to-door express delivery services, distribution to delivery with high efficiency, and promises time-definite delivery service guarantee. To expand our presents, we are currently seeking a Cambodian National to fill a full-time the positions as below:
- Sales and Marketing (2 Positions)
- Call Center & Customer Services
- Courier
- HR Internship
- Sales and Marketing
Duties
- Contact and direct sale to the customers
- Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate repeated sales
- Visiting/meeting clients and make new sales
- Identify new markets and business opportunity
- Maintain documentations of sales and activities
- Control and taking care both existing and new customers
- Prepare weekly and monthly sale report to manager
- Research and updated competitor information to manager
- Corporate with operation team to serve the satisfied service to the customer
- Perform other tasks assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or business studies is preferred, in related field, a minimum of 2 years of related experience or transportation/Express industry or other business.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Good in English and Chinese in writing, speaking and listening (1 Position)
- Good in English writing, speaking and listening (1 Position)
- Pleasant disposition and ability to handle complaints
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill, be friendly, flexible, honestly
- Excellent interpersonal skills Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- PC literate (MS Office, MS Excel, internet, email…)
- Candidate must be honest, teamwork and willing to work in sale field
- Willingly to travel and meet with costumers
- Proactive with the ability to work either on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills including English proficiency

Requirement:
- Finished high school-Bac II or Bachelor degree

Duties
- Assist in the process of recruitment and selection by closely collaborating with head departments
- Assist prepare staffs contract, job offer, probation confirmation, promotion, ID cards and Update staff contact list & organization chart, staff turnover list, uniforms
- Assist processing and proper maintenance of salary payroll, OT, incentive, bonus, staff attendance, insurance, contracts, leave and other providers for staff
- Assist Maintain a good filing system of personal documents for all the staff
- Assist to prepare NSSF, salary tax, process tax documents pay to the related department and prepare print staff salary slip cover
- Register new staff into insurance policy, coordinate to claim insurance payment
- Assist to provide all administrative support to the whole

- Under Graduate Degree / Diploma Business Management, relevant field
- Strong interpersonal communication and experience
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Willing work hard smart positive attitude.

*Remark:
- Flexible with schedule and available to work on weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays
- Morning shift started from 07:00AM to 16:00PM
- Morning shift started from 08:00AM to 17:00PM
- Working hours is 8 hours per day and 6 days per week
- Overtime in working day, employees will receive 150% of salaried employees
- Overtime on public holidays, employees will receive 200% of the salaried employees
