Job: Brown Coffee Co., Ltd (Logistic Assistant)

To source, store, and transport unique and the best quality ingredients, machinery, equipment, utensils, and other tools on time so that Brown could equip our team to create the best coffee experience. To always support local suppliers but not to compromise quality of ingredient.

Warehouse teams have responsibility to control on receiving goods, storage goods, and distribution goods to our business units in purpose to meet the requirement of customers. We guarantee to provide the best quality of goods and on time delivery. We also try the best to maintain goods not to be spoil and cooperate closely with purchase team to inform about trouble of goods such as none stock, low quality, low expired date, late delivery.

•    Responsible for good delivery from central kitchen/warehouse to stores back and forth

•    Ensure that goods delivery are in set timeline and deliver effectively

•    Work cooperatively main stakeholders such as central kitchen team, warehouse team, store team

•    Verify the received and delivered goods correctly and collect all the required invoices/documents

•    Involve in stock/physical count with stock controller

•    Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

•    Still pursuing bachelor degree in any related fields

•    Be able to communication in English

•    Be able to use computer application such as Ms. Office, Internet & Email

•    Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude

•    Passionate for career growth

•    Driving license is required
