Job: Brown Coffee Co., Ltd (Warehouse Executive)

Job Summary:   

Warehouse Executive will be responsible for controlling on received goods, storage management and support on goods distribution to all stores by ensuring the best quality and on-time delivery. This role is also partially supporting purchase team to source the best quality ingredients, machineries, equipment, utensils and other materials on time. As the Warehouse Executive, he or she needs to adhere to Brown Core Value, Mission and Vision.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the storage of goods safely and load into the correct location
• In charge of doing the physical counts on stock/inventory with team
• Verify the received goods properly on product, brand, quantity, quality, expired date, measurement
• Verify the goods with other related documents (invoice, purchasing requisition…) before picking-up and loading goods into warehouse
• Facilitate in goods preparation before distributing to the assigned store/location
• Ensure the warehouse area are clean, safe and security
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Job Requirements

• Graduated or currently pursuing bachelor degree of business or other related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in warehouse operation is an advantage
• Good command in English language
• Good computer literacy in Ms. Excel or other related warehouse system
• Good communication skills and team work
• Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
• Hard-working and willing to learn attitude
• Honest and reliable person with high work ethic
• Commit to Brown Core Value, Mission and Vision
