01/ Job Title: Business Development Manager 
(1 Post)
Report to: Head of Channel and Operations Department
Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the International Remittance product and related projects
  • Lead direct relationship with business partners both local and international
  • Work closely with partner to execute effective marketing strategy for project under supervision
  • Responsible for negotiation and writing business proposal for projects
  • Execute and negotiate agreements, renewals and amendments for operating business
  • Responsible for coordination and reporting for internal requirement and partners
  • Work with Product team and IT team on the implementation of business or project for partners
  • Act as contact point for partner to receive feedback, resolve issues and propose better solution for future process

Report to: Chief Commercial Business Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with all Heads of Commercial Business to contribute in a development of business plan and strategies of loans, deposits, payment, payroll, value chain financing and other services.
  • Provide an on-going analysis on the evolution of commercial businesses growth, particularly on deposits, loans, payroll, payment and other related businesses, for a development of reports for relevant management committees, such as EXCOM, M-ALCO, Credit Risk Committees, etc.
  • Work with Commercial Business Development Manager and other relevant Relationship Managers to provide cost and benefit analysis on each business case or product proposal for customers or business partners.
  • Develop commercial sale tracking tools, business performance reports, and other allowance and incentive monitoring tools to effectively reinforce the sale management of commercial business division.
  • Develop KRI monitoring tools and regularly follow up its reports to ensure there is no gap of non-compliance and risks related to deposit, loans and other service operations and regulation.
  • Follow-up the evolution of the competitive environment and economic situation to provide a regular information of business intelligence for relevant stakeholders for a development and timely correction of strategic execution plan.
  • Collaborate with IT and other related departments for constructing necessary reports and controlling mechanism which are needed by Commercial Business Division.
  • Other tasks assigned by Chief Commercial Business Officer and other heads of commercial Business.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
  • Having at least 2-year experience in financial management, or treasury or economic.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work and assist Relationship Manager to ensure the overall achievement of the commercial and superior banking sale target such as saving, payroll and payment, etc. at branch level.
  • Identify size of potential market and opportunity for leveraging a growth from and for both new and existing customers.
  • Identify the specific needs of customers and be responsible for servicing and dealing with commercial clients and key customers (superior clients) at the branch, including marketing activities, sale presentation, relationship and other administrative works.
  • Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by leveraging of cross selling of AMK’s products and services to existing and new commercial and superior customers.
