Position: Care line Advisor ($180-$250)
Job Duties
– Advise on company information
– Handle consumer feedback and complaints
– Consumer Relation Management through Outbound call
– Talk nutrition by quarterly to pregnant mother via phone
– Selected data from system after that advice to mother for retention via phone
– Advise nutrition and health to pregnant mother via phone
– Get data convert mother from product consultancy(PC)
– Monthly report for hit rate of PC
– Nutrition consultation on pregnancy, 1000 days education and Toddlerhood education
– Problem solving

Job Requirements
– At least 1 year experience in Call center (Careline).
– Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable
– Be able to communicate in English
– Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, & Typing skills Good attitude, helpful and patient
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Khmer language.
– Hard working, proactive, and have a good verbal communication
