Job: Cellcard (Leadership Development Specialist)

– Analyses and identifies performance gaps and learning needs, identifies training
and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal
schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads and HRBPs
– Designs and expands training and development programs based on the needs
of the organization and the individual
– Creates competency-based training programs for targeted groups, including new
employees (people managers), high potential employees, and mid-level
manager/successors
– Prepares plan and budget of the program
– Plans and assesses the ‘return on investment’ of any training or development
program
– Develops solutions to increase knowledge retention (e.g. assessments, follow up
sessions, application on the job, etc.)
– Works in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties
in an organization
– Contributes to developing Cellcard’s overall L&D strategy
– Performs other tasks as assigned by management

– Degree in Management or Business administration
– At least 2 year experienced in training and development
– Good knowledge in digitalization and e-learning platforms
– English proficiency
– Computer literacy
