Position: Property Manager ($1,000-$1,800)
Job Duties
– Conduct research on potential of the new areas which we will are suitable for Convince store.
– Ensure rental for all new and renewal sites are at reasonable / market rate.
– Work with Project Manager for new store’s set-up.
– Work closely with the management team to identify key locations and to establish target number of sites within each location for purpose of expansion. To conduct site mapping exercise upon management’s requirement.
– Possess the tenacity to follow up with sites that requires ‘cold calling’ approach to secure such sites.
– Achieve number of site target for business expansion as per point 1.
– Maintain good working relationship with landlords, tenants and business associates to facilitate work processes and necessary changes to the site.
– Negotiation leasing price with landlord.
– Collect the lease information and build the data.
– Analysis on Market with regard to leasing price based on location and area.
– Consolidate all information and present to Directors and Relate Manager.
Job Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of working experience in property/real estate management or related fields.
– Self-organize, good teamwork and problem- solving skills.
– At least Bachelor Degree of Hospitality and Property Management degree or equivalent.
– Rental & Property Management.
– Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill.
– Good written and verbal communication skill in both Khmer and English.
– Strong working knowledge of people skill.
