Position: Marketing Executive ($200-$300)
Job Duties
– Control stock of premium, communication materials and promotional materials and update stock report to the Product Managers
– Support in collecting the needed information on sales and market working closely with sales team
– Support Product Managers in marketing activities such as Mini-symposium/Symposium, and marketing paperwork.
– Support Product Managers in producing promotional material
– Producing an accurate summary of total expenses at the end of a marketing campaign.
– Responsible for delivering and distributing of premium & communication materials to the target audience
– Perform admin tasks under Ethical department including copying, printing, delivery of materials, filling form, follow up etc.
– Coordinate internal meeting including meeting room booking, inviting participants across functions
Job Requirements
– Good communication and team work
– Holding bachelor degree in pharmacist is an advantage
– Familiar with computer applications (MS.Words, Excel and Power point) is a must
– Good command in English
