- Provide leadership, training, development and motivation to all departments including production, quality control, operations, and other personnel toward accomplishing company goals and objectives
- Work in conjunction with sales in coordinating and monitoring of all dispatch scheduling and activities to ensure customer needs are being met in an efficient manner
- Oversee all plant operations; including production planning, scheduling, coordination and throughput monitoring.
- Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas of production from manufacturing to shipment.
- Maintain adequate levels of all supplies and products including fuel, cement, admixtures, etc. to meet production requirements with accurate and up-to-dated inventory records and reports.
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment is at all times remaining in safe and efficient operating conditions by providing regular maintenance.
- Ensure that all company and statutory safety regulations and policies are maintained and followed at all times.
- Ensure that all company and statutory environmental regulations and policies are at all times adhered to.
- Ultimately to achieve 100% on-time delivery, driver productivity, plant up time, all with zero lost loads and zero customer complaints.

- Degree holder in concrete, building management or the related disciplines
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operating and managing concrete batching plant on sizable projects
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks in a highly demanding and fast paced business environment
- Have hands experience and knowledge of production process, equipment, and the programming functions of batching plant system
- Have good understanding of all aspects of concrete production and extensive products and services
- Familiarize with QC/QA of concrete industry with the ability to lead the development of QC/QA standards and manual and its implementation.
- Have good knowledge of appropriate regulations pertaining to health, safety and the environment.
- Have strong interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate professionally with vendors and customers and managers and employees at all levels.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer, conversant with other Asian languages will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application.
